Phase 1 Breaking Ground March 1st!

Although we would always choose a snow-filled winter and a healthy snowpack, this year’s mild conditions have allowed us to complete all of our infrastructure, sidewalks, curb and gutter. The City of Salida has released us to submit our first four building permits. We are excited to announce that we are on track to break ground on our first four homes March 1.

Phase 1 will consist of four single-family homes on Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5. Each home will have 10 ft. main floor ceilings, an expansive 12’ living room window & slider facing north to the Collegiate Peaks, a 2-car garage, and butler-pantry as standard features. Additionally, each will have 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and a separate dedicated office space with corner windows. Perfect for the remote-worker to enjoy mountain views and excellent light during their day.
